Additional Aston Martin mid-engined car inbound | Baby Valkyrie anyone?

The Valkyrie is magical, imagine them on the road in even bigger numbers

Okay, that Valkyrie in the caption is clickbait, I'll admit that much. I did add it for a proper reason though, as something in the likes of it will see daylight before 2020. And yes, that means another Aston Martin mid-engined car is happening.

Aston's CEO Andy Palmer stated in a talk with us that, next to the Valkyrie, a "second mid-engined car is in the works" by the brand. In addition to that, he said it "will look like a proper Aston Martin." Where that first comment refers to their ambitions to offer a 488/R8 Plus competitor, the second one could mean absolutely everything. But Aston Martin does follow a certain logic in their design for each car, which makes a baby Valkyrie a possibility.

No other questions could be answered by Mr. Palmer about the car in this stage sadly. Only time will reveal more, and spotting a prototype on the Green Hell should help too. We're keeping a close eye on this Aston Martin mid-engined car, we're betting it's going to be something very impressive due to their collaboration with the F1 Red Bull team. But do note that it is positioned under the V12 flagship car, so don't hope for a 1200hp drivetrain for this baby Valkyrie.
