Spyshots of the DB11 roll online

Aston Martin has teased us plenty with the DB10 in the latest 007 movie but teasing the real successor of the DB9, the DB11, is something the brand is holding back on.

Expected to launch at the Geneva Motor Show in a little under two months, the next David Brown model is something surrounded by very little information. All we know is that the next English GT will feature a new chassis and that it will be one of the last production models equipped with a V12. A new V12 that is, one with 5.2 liters of displacement that was teased only recently by the brand with nothing more than a sound track a zero to nothing about the specs. It will replace the current V12, which is basically two V6’s mounted together, dating all the way back to when Ford was owner of Aston Martin.

DB11

The images, being spyshots, show the shapes of the BD11 but not the whole story. Looking closely one can spot the shapes of the headlights and can see that the rear end which seems to bare a lot of resemblance to the Vanquish and One-77. The rest of the images show shapes following in line with the designs we already know from Aston Martin. Stickers of Bridgestone showing on the DB11 could just be a smart way of advertising, but to me it feels like they really needed money quick.

When more information rolls in we will update you, for now you can scroll through the images and dream away.
